Once you have made payment, we will send you the password access details to our online assessment form. Please answer the questions HONESTLY as these form the basis of the Assessment.

 

We confirm our receipt of the assessment, and we may need to contact you about the answers you have given, so please ensure the contact details you give are accurate.

 

The online assessment consists of over 60 questions, which are simply answered as YES or NO. It should take you about 10 - 15 minutes to complete.
